Attendance Monitoring is a web platform built to replace manual roll-call and spreadsheet tracking with a single, structured workflow. Instructors record attendance in a few taps and get clean, exportable reports without stitching data together by hand.
The problem
Class attendance was being tracked across paper sheets and disconnected spreadsheets, which made reporting slow and error-prone. The goal was one source of truth that stayed accurate and readable at a glance.
The approach
I modelled the data around classes, sessions, and students so every record had a clear home, then built focused screens for marking attendance and reading back reports. The interface stays deliberately simple so it works in the middle of a live class.
Key features
- Session-based attendance capture
- Per-class and per-student reporting
- Exportable summaries for records
- Clean, fast marking flow built for live use
